Senior / Fire Safety Manager (FSM)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Registered Fire Safety Manager / Senior Fire Safety Manager to oversee fire safety compliance and operations across our managed facilities. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with SCDF regulations and maintaining a safe environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the appointed Fire Safety Manager for assigned premises as per SCDF requirements

- Ensure compliance with Fire Safety Act, regulations, and codes of practice

- Conduct daily / weekly fire safety inspections and maintain fire safety records and logbooks

- Maintain and oversee fire protection systems - fire alarm, sprinkler, hosereel, hydrant, emergency lighting, etc.

- Develop, review and implement Emergency Response Plan (ERP) and In-Place Protection / Evacuation procedures

- Organize and conduct fire drills, table-top exercises, and fire safety trainings for tenants, cleaners, and operations team

- Liaise with SCDF, building owners, and clients on fire safety matters, audits, and inspections

- Investigate fire alarm activations and safety incidents, prepare incident reports and corrective actions

- Supervise and train Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)

- Support Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and sustainability initiatives where required

Requirements:

- Registered Fire Safety Manager with SCDF

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as FSM in commercial, industrial, or government facilities

- Familiar with SCDF codes, Fire Code, and building fire protection systems

- Good knowledge of WSH practices

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Able to work independently
