Senior Financial Institutions Underwriter (Singapore) (CLOSED)

Our client is a multinational Insurance company and they are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Institutions Underwriter. This position is based in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and underwrite a portfolio of Financial Services businesses, with Asia Pacific focus
• Advise and structure solutions
• Monitor premiums, costs and claims ratio and initiate corrective measures whenever necessary
• Assess risk costs, capital exposure and all underwriting costs to evaluate risk premium
• Monitor profitability while ensuring compliance with underwriting control standards
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with claims managers and industry networks

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years of Financial Lines insurance experience
• Strong network and market expertise across Asia Pacific
• Experience in writing Complex Risk and Stock Exchange
• Excellent communication skills and team leadership
