Senior Financial Analyst

Brief Summary

This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the financial planning and analysis function in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and project finance reporting across multiple markets in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes for the regional operations. Manage project finance reporting, focusing on work-in-progress (WIP), percentage-of-completion (POC), and margin tracking for active engineering projects, ensuring accurate accounting treatments. Collaborate with project, operations, and commercial teams to derive financial insights from project performance. Prepare management reports and variance analyses to aid in decision-making at both the country and regional levels. Support financial planning and analysis as the organization expands across Southeast Asia. Utilize MS Dynamics as the primary finance system for operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering/project setting. Demonstrable hands-on experience with project finance, including WIP and POC. A combination of financial planning and analysis skills with a strong accounting foundation. Ability to thrive in a lean and dynamic working environment. Familiarity with MS Dynamics is a plus. Experience in a regional or APAC context is advantageous, but not essential.
