Senior Financial Analyst

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a client to hire a Senior Financial Analyst to join its Southeast Asia Finance team.

This is a highly commercial role with full P&L responsibility, working closely with Sales leadership across the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in business partnering, performance management, pricing and financial planning to support commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with commercial stakeholders to drive financial performance and achievement of business targets
• Analyse financial results and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to the business
• Manage performance controlling, including distributor performance, contracts, rebates and credit notes
• Partner with Sales on pricing strategy across countries and channels
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, forecasting and management reporting
• Forecast and track COGS and operating expenses
• Support cash flow and Accounts Receivable management through shared services

What we're looking for:

• 6–8 years of relevant Finance experience, ideally within an MNC environment
• Strong background in business controlling, commercial finance or finance business partnering
• Good business acumen with the ability to influence and partner with commercial stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI
• Independent, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Big 4 experience would be advantageous
