Our client is a Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and consolidating annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and highlight risks, opportunities, and key cost drivers.
- Partner with business units to provide accurate assumptions, cost structures, and performance insights.
- Maintain and improve financial models and tools to support planning and decision-making.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI trackers for leadership review.
- Support the development of business cases, pricing reviews, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Contribute to process improvement by streamlining FP&A workflows and standardising reporting practices.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial data with internal controls and company policies.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of FP&A systems and BI tools.
- Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests from management and regional offices.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Accounting studies or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Advanced Excel and SAP.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, etc.).
- Familiarity with financial systems such as SAP knowledge of Hyperion and Power BI is advantageous.
- Solid understanding of operational finance processes and hands-on experience in financial analysis.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with business teams.
