Responsibilities
- Provide key financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making across Singapore, China, and regional teams.
- Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Review business performance and working capital, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth.
- Build and maintain financial models to assess business scenarios and performance metrics.
- Partner with business, treasury, and finance teams to provide actionable recommendations.
- Support regional performance reviews, process improvement, and system enhancement projects.
- Contribute to cross-border initiatives such as M&A evaluations, automation, and dashboard development.
Requirements:
- Possess a Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Possess at least 5 years FP&A experience in manufacturing or similar industries.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills experience with SAP is an advantage.
- Analytical and resourceful, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
