SENIOR FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER
About The Role
As a Workday Project Manager, you will be responsible for a range of activities including:
- Working closely with the client to ensure a successful implementation of Workday Financial (and Workday HCM) range of products
- Playing an active role in your area of expertise, a point of reference for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, collaborating to improve internal capability, including training and mentoring of new team members
- Establishing and maintaining strong and constructive client relationships
- Contributing to high client satisfaction through a high standard of client service
- Leads large client project delivery from start to finish across multiple concurrent projects utilizing Strada quality standards and consulting methodology.
- Manages self and team member(s) work to project scope, timeline, risk and budget. Coordinates with others when applicable.
- Keeping up to date with latest thinking, tools and techniques in your area of expertise and drawing upon this knowledge to ensure delivery of outstanding results.
To Be Considered For This Role You Will Have
- At least 10 years of experience, at least 5 years as project manager, worked on at least 2 to 3 government related projects
- Experience of deploying Workday or other Financial systems such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle E-Business or other SaaS software solutions
- Work rights: Singaporean or PR
- Knowledge and experience of translating business requirements into system requirements
- Experience working with Financial ERP systems or functions
- Consultancy experience would be beneficial
- Existing Workday certification will be highly regarded
- Advanced analytical & technical skills evidenced by experience playing a role in projects or in a business-as-usual Finance function
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Good presentation and facilitation skills
- Experience of confidently managing stakeholders
- A team-oriented approach, with a primary focus on we, not me
- Self-awareness, with the ability to recognize personal skills, abilities, limitations and strengths
- A natural tendency towards personal accountability and acting with integrity
- A demonstrated bias for action
- Able to self-manage confidently, with good personal productivity and self-motivation
- Relevant Workday certification, if not already held, must be attained and maintained to perform this role.
