Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting executive leadership with strategic financial insights, ensuring financial integrity, and driving long-term profitability and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) process, including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Provide insightful analysis of business performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
- Partner with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide decision support.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital optimize the company's capital structure.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Oversee internal controls, audit processes, and risk management initiatives.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial operations and reporting efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA, CFA) is strongly preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
