Senior Finance Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing global investment platform seeking a highly driven Finance Manager to support financial reporting, accounting operations, compliance, tax, and treasury activities across international entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting, month-end close processes, and preparation of financial statements across multiple legal entities.
• Oversee accounting operations including accounts payable, reconciliations, reporting schedules, and financial record maintenance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and corporate secretarial providers to support statutory, audit, compliance, and governance requirements.
• Support tax compliance activities including corporate tax filings, GST submissions, and regulatory reporting obligations.
• Participate in finance transformation initiatives, process enhancement, treasury-related activities, and operational projects across global finance functions.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with CPA / ACCA / CA or equivalent professional qualification (final-stage candidates may be considered).
• 3–8 years of experience in Big 4 audit, financial reporting, accounting, or finance roles, ideally with exposure to financial services, investment management, or regulated environments.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge of IFRS / SFRS, financial statements, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Experience managing audits, tax filings, external stakeholders, and multi-entity accounting environments.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
