Senior/ Finance Manager (Manufacturing & Group Reporting)

Job Description:

• Lead the group finance function, ensuring timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting across multiple entities.

• Review group consolidation, management reporting, and financial performance analysis to support key business decisions.

• Ensure full compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning exercises across business units.

• Drive financial analysis, budget variance reviews, profitability analysis, and actionable recommendations to senior management.

• Support management and board-level reporting with meaningful financial insights and strategic commentary.

• Strengthen financial governance by reviewing, implementing, and enhancing internal controls, policies, and finance processes.

• Ensure compliance in statutory reporting, GST filings, corporate tax submissions, and audit requirements.

• Act as the key liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory stakeholders.

• Partner closely with Finance Managers across regional subsidiaries to align financial reporting and group policies.

• Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across local and overseas operations.

• Foster a high-performance finance culture and drive process improvement initiatives.

• Oversee costing, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and operational finance activities within the manufacturing business.

• Partner with operations and supply chain teams to drive cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

• Degree or CA/ ACCA preferred

• Minimum 5-10 years experience with leadership exposure in manufacturing or regional business environments.

• Strong knowledge of group consolidation, FP&A, audit, tax, internal controls, and business partnering.

• Familiar with Microsoft Business Central

• Travelling required
