Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare board and management materials, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to optimize unit economics and drive growth accountability.
- Support fundraising efforts, including valuation analysis, scenario modeling, and investor communication.
- Partner with accounting, commercial, and data teams to enhance financial reporting systems and analytical capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field advanced degree or professional certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
- 5-8 years experience in investment banking, strategic finance, or corporate FP&A, ideally in high-growth or tech-driven environments.
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills with strong strategic thinking.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or high-growth technology companies is highly desirable.
