Position:Senior Finance Manager - Singapore & Malaysia

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Up to $12,000 (salary offer dependent on experience)

Summary:

This role involves overseeing forecasting, business partnering, and specific financial functions across Singapore and Malaysia. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead year-end forecasting, budgeting, and periodic evaluations.

- Manage month-end deliverables.

- Offer strategic leadership for finance teams in Singapore and Malaysia.

- Drive process improvements to boost forecast accuracy and productivity.

- Serve as a business partner to enhance operational efficiency and cost savings.

- Foster operational compliance with Financial Controllership and Procurement.

- Collaborate with outsourced partners, ensuring financial statement accuracy, cash flow management, and preparation of forecasts and reports according to accounting standards.

- Engage with auditors and tax agents for audits and tax requirements.

- Oversee revenue, expenditure, and account maintenance.

- Develop and implement finance and internal auditing procedures.

- Mentor and guide team members in daily activities.

- Analyse P&L and ensure appropriate month-end accruals.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 10-12 years in relevant roles, with proven multinational company experience.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA, ACCA preferred.

- Skills:

- Expertise in logistics, supply chain, or related fields.

- Strong knowledge of regional accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Proficiency in financial systems and tools like ERP software and Excel.
