Senior Finance Manager (Singapore & India)

We are working with a fast-growing multinational group with operations across Asia to appoint aSenior Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations for its key overseas business inIndia.

Based out of Singapore in the initial stages and later primarily based in the India entity, interested candidates should be comfortable with working overseas for extended periods.

This is a highly visible role partnering closely with regional leadership and group stakeholders, offering both operational ownership and strategic exposure.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end financial leadership for an overseas operating entity, covering accounting, reporting, and statutory compliance
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, audit readiness, and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Partner with regional management on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support growth initiatives
• Act as the key finance liaison between regional headquarters and the overseas operation
• Present financial performance, risks, and insights to senior stakeholders and external advisors

Requirements

• 8+ years of finance/accounting experience in automotive, industrial, manufacturing or related sectors preferred
