Our client is from Manufacturing Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and analysis.
- Manage all financial activities such as expense control, general ledger, cash flow, banking, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, and inventory.
- Monitor and manage credit control, taxation, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risk.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing in compliance with accounting standards.
- Establish financial reserves, accruals, and statutory provisions in accordance with local and international accounting standards.
- Analyze financial data and prepare management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with auditors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders for audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
- Provide financial guidance and support for strategic decisions and special projects.
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounting team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to policies.
- Perform other finance-related duties as assigned to support business objectives.
- All other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Min Degree in Accounting/professional studies or equivalent.
- Min 10 years of relevant experience in full sets accounts function with background in financial management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiar with SAP system will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with good organizational and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
