Workplace Management – Senior Finance Manager
What This Job Involves
- Lead a team of assistant finance managers in supporting the Account Director with account specific finance management, strategic financial decision making and risk mitigation.
- This role requires comprehensive stakeholder management skills and the ability to interface with senior management.
Duties And Responsibilities
Business Partnering and Contract Management
- Act as a trusted advisor and business partner to the Account Director, providing data-driven insights to support and drive business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with deliverables outlined in the contract and support achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Identify financial risks and opportunities through analysis of key KPIs.
- Proactively identify any opportunities for process improvement opportunities and implement streamlined solutions.
Financial Management and Control
- Development and maintenance of comprehensive guidelines associated with the account payable and receivable processes.
- Oversee timely and accurate JLL invoice issuance process and monitor accounts receivable closely to maintain healthy cashflow management.
- Coordinate vendor payment schedules in strict adherence to JLL's Pay when Paid and Due policy.
Reporting, Forecasting, Budgeting
- Lead month end closing processes for the account, ensure complete revenue and costs capture.
- Partner with Account Director to develop comprehensive annual budget and rolling forecast
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, local reporting standards and client contractual requirements
- Adhoc scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis
Data Management, Policies & Procedures, Audit
- Ensure data integrity of the systems and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Maintain financial accounting and reporting standards that meet recognised quality management processes.
- Implement robust system controls to safeguard financial data accuracy.
Team management
- Provide coaching and technical guidance to strengthen team capabilities in financial analysis, reporting and business partnering.
- Manage resource allocation and workload distribution to optimise team efficiency and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of commercial finance and business partnering experience
- Proven team leadership experience managing finance professionals in a matrix environment.
- Track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships and presentation to senior management.
