SENIORFINANCE MANAGER | INTERNATIONAL BEVERAGE & DISTRIBUTION GROUP
Our Client is a Singapore-headquartered, privately owned Beverage & Distribution Group with operations across Asia Pacific and Europe. As the business continues to expand, there is a need to strengthen its finance leadership team through the appointment of a Senior Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing finance operations across multiple local and international entities, while partnering with senior leadership to support the Group's next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting and reporting activities across multiple local and international entities
- Lead monthly management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes
- Manage cashflow, working capital and liquidity requirements to support both operational needs and business expansion plans
- Partner closely with senior management to provide commercial insights, financial analysis and decision support
- Ensure robust financial controls, governance frameworks and compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banking partners and outsourced service providers across various jurisdictions
- Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements and finance transformation initiatives to improve operational effectiveness
- Support inventory, procurement and supply chain-related finance activities within a trading and distribution environment
- Assist with strategic projects, business expansion initiatives and corporate development activities as required
- Lead, mentor and develop members of the finance team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree qualified in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline, with professional accounting qualifications preferred
- At least 8 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, ideally gained within trading, distribution, consumer products, FMCG, retail, wholesale or related industries
- Strong grounding in financial reporting, management accounting, cashflow management and working capital optimisation
- Experience managing multiple entities and dealing with regional or international finance operations would be advantageous
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance financial discipline alongside business growth objectives
- Hands-on, adaptable and comfortable operating within an entrepreneurial and fast-paced business environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners
- Experience with ERP platforms and finance systems would be advantageous
