We are seeking a commercially driven Senior Finance Manager to join our container depot business. This is a strategic role working closely with the Managing Director, with a clear pathway to future leadership of the depot.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management
- Provide strategic insights, financial modelling, and support business decision-making
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and risk management
- Partner with the MD on long-term planning and operational improvements
- Gain hands-on exposure to depot operations and commercial activities
- Lead and develop the finance team
Requirements
- Degree in Finance/Accounting CPA/CA preferred
- 8-12 years experience in finance with strong strategic planning exposure
- Experience in logistics or shipping industries is a plus
- Strong analytical, leadership, and business partnering skills
- Ambitious, hands-on, and keen to grow into a general management role
