Senior Finance Manager

Job Description

. Reporting to the Group CFO

. Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company

. Planning and coordinating annual audits and tax filing, resolving audit findings

. Ensuring financial controls and compliance and submission deadlines

. Overseeing the finance department, including personnel matters for department managers

. Enforcing policies and procedures that keep the company in compliance with financial regulations

Key Skills & Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field CPA or equivalent preferred

. Minimum 8 years of accounting, month-end close, financial reporting, group consolidation, tax and audit etc, preferably 1-2 years in a managing small teams (e.g. 1-2 persons)

. Strong knowledge of IFRS (preferred) and SFRS and accounting for financial instruments and products

. Exposure in financial services preferred

. Proficient in financial reporting and advanced Excel skills

. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines

. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
