Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Finance Executive to lead andoversee our administrative, personnel and financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and payroll to enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all accounting functions, record and closing the activities for financial records in SAP, prepare the monthly financial/Sales/HR reporting to HQ
- Record actual cost breakdown details for directsales orders, issue invoices for sales. Record purchase goods receipt record in SAP, review all purchase invoices, shipping invoices and GST charge, etc.
- Upload financial/HR data on Board (Company reporting system) monthly.
- Prepare financial forecasting twice yearly, budgeting, and related reporting to HQ.
- Manager the company cashflow, prepare the weeklycashflow report to HQ, monitor the company daily payment, employee credit card usage and monthly expense claim report.
- Prepare bank collection/payment voucher, communication with bank, etc.
- Process employees payroll calculation and manageCPF contributions and any other statutory submissions.
- Make the employee annual leave/sick leave record.
- Prepare quarterly GST report, Annual Childcare leave record/company& employee income tax record.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and standards, monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Act as a key liaison with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles,accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of financial analysis andstrategic planning.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonalskills.
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, financial softwareand Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in an international andfast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
