Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Senior Finance Executive.

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for handling daily accounting tasks, and ensure financial billings are promptly collected and manages statutory filings for audit and tax. The candidate should also be able work under a fast-pace environment, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines.

• Maintains full sets of accounts for several entities (local and overseas), including accounts receivables.
• Timely billing of fees and recharges to the hospitality entities.
• Review aging of receivables and follow-up for collections.
• For overseas entities, review the work of overseas outsource agents and assist to obtain necessary approvals for payments.
• Liaise with overseas outsource agents to ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, yearly statutory reports to comply with local reporting requirements.
• Check employee expense claims according to policy.
• Support system improvement projects and new implementation.
• Contribute to department process improvements and internal control initiatives.

The Person:

• Diploma in Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Knowledge of GST and Finance Reporting Standards
• Good coordination skills and time management
• A team player with positive work attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
• Immediate or short notice is advantageous
