Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance professional to join our Finance team within the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. This role is responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial and management reporting, supporting effective decisionmaking and ensuring highquality finance service delivery to the organisation.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Management Reporting & Financial Analysis:

  • Responsible for month-end close processes and reporting for centres assigned, including journal entries, and account reconciliations, Income statement, identifying trends and variances to support decision-making.
  • Partner with Controllership teams to ensure consistency between actuals and planning assumptions and monthly reporting are completed accurately and on timely basis
  • Support Finance Management in Board and committee reporting with analysis and presentation materials

2. Budgeting & Strategic Business Partnering

  • Support the preparation of the Annual Budgeting Templates and the end to end Budgeting cycle, including the Rolling Forecast within FP&A team and the Business Units HOCs to develop comprehensive and accurate budgets, optimising resource allocation to drive financial ownership and performance.
  • Conduct monthly financial reviews with stakeholders to drive and support adherence to budgets and rolling forecasts and report variances to management. Partner department heads to review cost structures, resource requirements, and funding assumptions
  • Provide accurate and timely monthly cash flow projections to support liquidity and financial resilience
  • Handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications, Competencies & Experience

  • Min Diploma holder with 5 years similar working experience or bachelor's degree in accounting, business or related field
  • Proficiency is financial/ERP systems and tools (eg. Oracle NetSuite, Sage 300, etc)
  • Good understanding of financial principles, good analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail. Strong proficiency in Ms Excel and Ms Office applications
  • A proactive team player with good interpersonal communication and collaborative skills
  • Experience with digital transformation or process improvement initiatives.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage
