Job Description & Requirements
- Report to Managing Director, Deputy Director & Senior Manager (Shared Services)
- Performs full set of accounts
- Handle / Support in Payroll Preparation
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Preparation of progress claims and submission to client
- Prepare month end closing
- Prepare cashflow projection & budgeting for each project
- Prepare monthly management report, yearly budget and profitability analysis
- Liaising with external auditor and tax agent
- Preparation, Filling, and Submission of CPF, GST and tax return
- Checking stand in payment and provide costing advice
- Prepare and process invoices
- Prepare cashflow projection analysis
- Manage bank loan, facility and hire purchase
- Oversee Finance Executive
Requirements:
- Diploma or professional qualifications in accountancy
- Min 4 years of accounting experience, advantageous if possess experience in construction industry
- Able to multi task and work with cross departments
- Able to work and deliver under pressure and tight dateline
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Possess good and positive working attitude
