Senior Finance Executive, Financial Control | Healthcare Services

Our client is a Singapore-headquartered healthcare services organisation looking for a Senior Finance Executive, Financial Control to join its finance team.

This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional to build well-rounded finance experience across financial accounting, reporting, treasury, audit, controls and finance transformation

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting

• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review journals, account reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Treasury Management

• Oversee cash management and banking transactions.
• Support investment and treasury reporting.
• Monitor cash positions and ensure effective cash flow management.

Financial Reporting

• Prepare management and statutory financial reports.
• Support external audits and regulatory submissions.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Controls & Compliance

• Maintain robust accounting controls and governance standards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen financial controls and processes.

Transformation & Process Improvement

• Support ERP implementation and Chart of Accounts redesign.
• Drive improvements in finance processes and reporting efficiency.
• Leverage reporting tools, dashboards and data analytics to enhance financial insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/ ACCA in Accountancy or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong financial accounting and reporting experience.
• Good knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting tools, dashboards or data analytics will be an advantage.
