Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL), month-end closing, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and analysis.
• Manage cash flow, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and regulatory authorities.
• Support process improvement, system implementation, and internal controls.
• Oversee finance operations across multiple companies/entities (local and overseas).

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (ACCA/CPA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience handling full-set accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software (Zoho Books, Netiquette, ERP systems) and Excel.
• Proficient in English ability to liaise with Chinese-speaking regional teams is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
