We are seeking a highly effective Senior Finance Executive to join our Corporate Finance Team in our department dedicated to employment and employability!

In this role, you will support NTUC's sub-department. You will provide support to the Accountant and work closely with various stakeholders (internal and external).

Responsibilities

• Handle Accounts Payables functions.
• Prepare and process invoice payments and journals.
• Prepare timely submission and analysis of quarterly forecasts and utilisation to funding agencies.
• Prepare and provide financial analysis for financial and management reports.
• Support internal and external audits which include preparation of audit schedules, reports, extraction of documents and information.
• Handle GST and corporate tax reporting.
• Assist in the implementation of system enhancement, IT projects, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and hands on experience in SAP S/4 accounting system will be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles, experience with Grant Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to set priorities with a strong sense of responsibility to complete tasks within timeline.
• Good analytical, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-driven, meticulous and independent, and a valuable team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Location: Jurong East, Devan Nair Institute

Designation and salary will be commensurate with experience.
