Senior Finance and Accounting Executive

Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on finance professional to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, and reporting for 3 retail shops and 1 product line.

Key Responsibilities:

. Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)

. Prepare month-end closing, P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and management reports

. Ensure GST, corporate tax, and statutory compliance liaise with auditors

. Monitor retail sales, expenses, POS/e-commerce reconciliation

. Track inventory and cost of sales analyze store profitability and SKUs

. Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Requirements:

. Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA equivalent

. 3-5 years accounting experience (retail/e-commerce preferred)

. Knowledge of GST and Singapore tax

. Proficient in Excel and accounting software (Xero/QuickBooks/SAP)

. Detail-oriented and able to work independently
