Our client is a homegrown Singapore business with a track record spanning several decades and operations across multiple business lines. As part of their expansion plan, the finance function is being repositioned to play a more active role in shaping business direction and supporting strategic decision-making. This is great for someone who enjoys being close to the business, not just behind the numbers.
You will be a true business partner working hand-in-hand with operational and leadership teams to drive planning, budgeting, and performance conversations. You will also be monitoring cost drivers, managing cash flow visibility, and tracking variances.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA/ CA/ CPA)
- At least 3-5 years in FP&A and management reporting
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Detail-oriented and confident engaging with non-finance stakeholders
