Job Description

Job Description:

Gather business information from different functional teams and translate it into executive communication
Ensure adequacy and accuracy of Shopee critical reports/dashboards and finance-related reports
Proactively engage with stakeholders to ensure that all data is up to date and regional teams are aligned with local teams
Conduct data analysis on financial issues under tight deadlines
Design and maintain critical reports for business needs
Automate and improve the efficiency of different FP&A processes

Requirements:

Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics or any related field. Minor in Business or Accounting is a plus
Minimally 4 years of relevant working experience
Highly proficient in Excel and hands-on experience with large amounts of data using SQL, Python, Pyspark and the Hadoop ecosystem
Strong communication skills
Strong analytical skills with work experience in data-driven analysis under pressure
Organised, demonstrated skills in prioritisation & ability to multitask
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
