Key Responsibilities
Global Channel and Category Reporting & Governance
- Provide accurate and timely financial/operational performance analysis and insights for global channels and categories.
- Ensure consistency, integrity and accuracy in global profit and loss statements through collaboration with markets.
- Drive global projects to improve performance analytics and governance.
FP&A Tools Development and Automation
- Build and maintain FP&A tools; standardize global tools for consistency in reporting.
- Drive automation initiatives using business intelligence tools.
FX Analysis and Reporting
- Prepare FX performance dashboards, track trends, and provide actionable insights for financial decision-making.
Governance and Ad-hoc Responsibilities
- Address global financial information requests promptly and accurately.
- Support ad-hoc FP&A projects to enhance financial governance and analytics.
Key competencies
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau would be beneficial
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- An aptitude and strong appetite to develop systems and processes in order to drive efficiencies and benefit the business
- Flexible in approach with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- High levels of commercial awareness to be able to interpret information and the ability to analyse data and trends
