I am looking for a Senior Finance Accountant to join my commodities client in Singapore, to ensure accurate financial reporting, internal control, and treasury support within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
about the job
- Manage full set of accounts, prepare month/quarter/year-end closing
- Review balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare monthly P&L analysis
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/SFRS standards
- Review and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances
- Monitor AR/AP
- Lead statutory audit and group reporting audit
- Prepare and review GST returns and corporate tax fillings
- Internal controls and accounting governance
- Work closely with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal teams
about the manager/team
- CBD area
- Report to Finance Manager
skills and experience required
- ACCA/CPA/CA
- At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in trading/treasury/shared services set up
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/SFRS, financial reporting and internal controls
- Experience in audit/big 4 is a plus
- Proficiency with SAP/ERP systems
