Bachelor or Diploma degree in engineering or similar yield.
5 years work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshoot work. Experience with leader role will be added advantages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all service activities.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation of customer interactions and repairs.
Positive & responsible attitude with team work spirit.
Collaborate with sales and product teams to provide feedback and improve product quality.
Experienced in leading team/people
Ability to speak Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts is highly preferred
Job description:
Support N2 purge related tool installation progress to ensure proper set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.
Diagnose issues and perform preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers, ensuring they understand how to use equipment safely and effectively.
Communicate with end users closely to ensure all matters related to tools are well taken care.
Ensure compliance with established guidelines and standards for quality work.
Travel is required to support oversea installation projects in USA for up to 3 months period.
