Job Purpose.: Field Service/inhouse Engineer on Semiconductor Equipment
- Appraise,Troubleshoot and Service of semiconductor equipment in clean room area.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Responsible for performing Installation and commissioning activities
- Preferred with LAM ETCH module experiences.
- Provide front line support for key field service activities in line with customer requirements. Examples being basic fault finding, rectification and planned maintenance activities
- Able to provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues
- to drive technical escalations and generate proper POAs to resolve issues.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, disciplined, and strong team player with high integrity
Able to support overtime and first to respond to equipment issues
. Knowledge of electrical circuit theory
. Good interpersonal and customer service skills
. Able to read, communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers
. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Microsoft office knowledge.
