This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, delivering high-impact experiences ranging from flagship conferences to bespoke client events. The position offers the opportunity to work directly with leading global tech brands, shape memorable market-facing moments, and play a critical role in strengthening client relationships and driving measurable business outcomes across the region.

The Role

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will own the planning, execution, and delivery of events and conferences across APAC, working closely with internal teams, clients, sponsors, vendors, and partners. This is a hands-on, builderdoer role designed for a seasoned marketer who thrives in execution, problem-solving, and bringing ideas to life rather than operating solely at a strategic level.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client and sponsored events, from concept development through to on-site execution and post-event reporting.
  • Propose creative, high-impact event concepts aligned to client objectives, audience engagement, and brand positioning.
  • Manage all operational and logistical components, including venue sourcing, vendor selection, run sheets, timelines, budgets, and on-site management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, sponsors, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, strong relationships, and consistently high service standards.
  • Navigate and resolve real-time challenges calmly and effectively, always prioritising the client and attendee experience.
  • Own event budgets, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting with a strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Support proposal development, procurement processes, and identification of new opportunities within existing client relationships.
  • Travel across the APAC region to deliver events and represent the company on-site as required.

About You

  • Proven experience in event management and/or field marketing, ideally within B2B technology environments. Agency experience and exposure to vendor-side marketing is highly regarded.
  • Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Exceptionally organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning complex logistics end to end.
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels with professionalism and warmth.
  • Highly adaptable and calm under pressure, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who knows when to lead independently and when to lean on others for support.
  • Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 20%).
