Senior Field Application Engineer

JOB FUNCTION

. Promote principals focus products to customers R&D engineers for design-in.

. Work closely with sales and marketing, to meet product lines KPI through design-in and design-win activities.

. Be up to date on customer's design activities and keep close contacts with key customers.

. Keep abreast of the latest technology innovation and market trend.

. Conduct training/technical seminars to promote principals products.

. Identify and cultivate potential new customers with R&D activities in the region.

. Support field sales on technical inquiries, cross reference and quality issues from customers

. Identify and suggesting suitable reference solution for customers

. Any other related projects/duties not indicated above that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

. Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

. Minimum 2-3 years R&D / Product Development and/or Field Applications engineering experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

. Proficiency in MS Powerpoint.

. Strong electronic (Analog/Digital) background.

. Effective communication skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills.
