Manage CAPEXand OPEX planning for infrastructure upgrades and asset replacement.

Lead annualbudgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

Manage CAPEXand OPEX, including major asset replacement and upgrading projects.

Identify andimplement cost optimisation strategies.

Developsourcing strategies and oversee procurement for facilities services.

Managecontracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure performance and accountability.

Build strongpartnerships with vendors to drive innovation and value.

Oversee assetlifecycle management, including maintenance, renewal, and disposal.

Implementsystems for asset tracking and performance monitoring.

Plan and manageinfrastructure upgrades and retrofitting works.

Lead spaceplanning and workplace strategy initiatives to optimise utilisation.

Support hybridwork environments and evolving business needs.

Oversee officefit-outs, relocations, and renovation projects.
