Senior Facility Engineer (ACMV)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and upgrading of hospital facilities, M&E systems, and non-clinical equipment
• Manage and monitor service providers to meet KPIs, ensuring uninterrupted system operations
• Lead cyclical improvement projects, renovations, and system replacements
• Conduct technical audits and compliance inspections with a focus on infection control and patient safety
• Supervise outsourced maintenance teams and uphold high safety standards
• Draft technical specifications, cost estimates, and project plans
• Support fire safety management and emergency preparedness initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of M&E experiencepreferably in healthcare settings
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanical/electrical systems
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Fire Safety Manager certificate (preferred)
