Job Summary:
Lead and manage contractor works and services, ensuring quality through effective monitoring, coordination with employer representatives, and comprehensive performance reporting across multiple sites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage contractor works and services by implementing effective monitoring and improvement programs to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate and communicate with operational sites Employer Representatives to provide services and gather feedback for continuous quality enhancement.
- Prepare and submit monthly performance report cards for each site, including feedback and proposed or completed improvement actions, to the Superintending Officer and Employer Representatives.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of relevant management or supervisory experience in a similar position.
- At least 3 years experience providing Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services with the Tenderer's company.
- Tier 2 Certified Facilities Management Expert (CFME) accreditation by Singapore International Facility Management Association (SIFMA) accreditation scheme.
