Senior Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced SeniorFacilities Manager to join a well-established facilities organization supporting a complex, high-availability operating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the management, operation, and reliability of facilities mechanical systems to support continuous operations

• Lead system expansion and optimization initiatives, ensuring safe, stable, and efficient performance

• Act as Project Manager for capital projects, providing technical direction and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to meet project objectives

• Manage and develop a team of engineers, technicians, and external contractors to ensure operational excellence

• Drive energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including performance tracking and continuous improvement programs

• Manage and control capital expenditure, operating costs, and manpower planning within approved budgets

• Ensure effective day-to-day operations, including preventive maintenance support, issue resolution, vendor and contract management, spare parts tracking, billing, and reporting

• Serve as a technical advisor and problem-solver for complex facilities and mechanical challenges

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory, and internal performance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in facilities management within semiconductor manufacturing or advanced industrial environments
• Strong hands-on experience managing mechanical systems in high-reliability, high-volume operations
• Proven track record in project management, stakeholder coordination, and contractor management
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM) is highly preferred
