21st Century Beauty Spa is an established facial and beauty spa with two outlets in Singapore - Beauty World Plaza (Bukit Timah) and Ang Mo Kio. We have been serving our customers for many years and are known for personalised, high-quality facial and beauty treatments. We are a small, close-knit team and we take care of our people.
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Beauty Therapist to join our Bukit Timah team at Beauty World Plaza on a full-time permanent basis. You will be a key member of the outlet, managing your own full appointment book independently, building strong customer relationships, and supporting the development of junior staff. This role suits a confident, experienced therapist who takes pride in their craft and wants to grow with a stable spa.
What You Will Do
- Perform a full range of facial and beauty treatments independently with minimal supervision
- Manage your own appointment schedule and customer relationships professionally
- Advise customers on suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Actively sell packages and products based on genuine customer needs
- Support and guide junior therapists on the job as needed
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support the Branch Manager with day-to-day outlet operations as needed
Salary & Commission
Commission is earned on top of basic salary from Day 1:
Realistic monthly take-home: $2,500 - $3,100 for a confirmed Senior Therapist on an average performing month.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm
- Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Sunday: Closed (except first Sunday of each month, 11:00am - 6:00pm - Off-In-Lieu given)
- Public Holidays: 11:00am - 6:00pm (Off-In-Lieu given)
- 6 working days per week

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist
- Qualification in beauty therapy - WSQ, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent accepted
- Able to manage a full appointment book independently with minimal supervision
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Experience in selling packages and products confidently and professionally
- Positive attitude, reliable, and a team player who can guide junior colleagues
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Able to commit to the working schedule including Saturdays and selected Sundays and Public Holidays
