Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Beauty Spa Manager to join our Bukit Timah outlet at Beauty World Plaza on a full-time permanent basis. This is a hands-on leadership role - you will perform treatments, support daily outlet operations, assist the Branch Manager, and step up as outlet-in-charge when required. This role suits a confident, experienced therapist who is ready to take the next step into management while continuing to do what they love.
What You Will Do
- Perform facial and beauty treatments on customers professionally and with care
- Assist the Branch Manager in daily outlet operations including staff scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
- Act as outlet-in-charge in the Branch Manager's absence - managing staff, handling customer escalations, and ensuring smooth operations
- Advise customers on suitable treatments, packages, and skincare products
- Actively sell packages and products based on genuine customer needs
- Support and guide junior therapists on the job
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality at all times
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily cash reporting
Salary & Commission
Commission earned on top of basic salary from Day 1
Realistic monthly take-home: $2,700 - $3,300 for a confirmed Assistant Manager on an average performing month.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 11:30am - 8:30pm
- Saturday: 11:00am - 8:00pm
- Sunday: Closed (except first Sunday of each month, 11:00am - 6:00pm - Off-In-Lieu given)
- Public Holidays: 11:00am - 6:00pm (Off-In-Lieu given)
- 6 working days per week

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a beauty therapist
- Qualification in beauty therapy - WSQ, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, ITEC or equivalent accepted
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred - able to guide and support junior staff
- Able to manage a full appointment book independently with no supervision
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships
- Confident in handling customer feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally
- Experience in selling packages and products confidently and professionally
- Reliable, punctual, professional in appearance and conduct
- Able to commit to the working schedule including Saturdays and selected Sundays and Public Holidays
