Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members and their guests
- Demonstrate expertise in wine and cocktail preparation
- Oversee purchasing and receiving to ensure quality and consistency
- Support simple bar snack preparation and coordination with the back-of-house team
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant F&B experience in high-end bars, lounges or private clubs
- Strong knowledge of wines (regions, varietals, tasting notes)
- Confident in classic cocktail recipes and presentation
- Bilingual, personable and attentive to detail
- Self-motivated, adaptable and able to perform under pressure
