About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the smooth operations of a multi-site healthcare environment. You will part of the Facilities team to support the implementing and maintaining Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards in compliance with the WSH Act, MOM regulations, ISO 45001, and the Ensure Safety System (ESS).

Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) practices in accordance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, risk assessments, and follow-up corrective actions.
- Coordinate WSH and fire safety training programmes, maintain statutory records, and ensure proper documentation of safety-related activities.
- Support incident reporting and investigations, including tracking and monitoring corrective and preventive measures.
- Maintain and update safety procedures, guidelines, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and chemical safety documentation.
- Provide administrative and secretariat support for WSH Committee meetings and activities.Assist in emergency preparedness exercises, occupational health initiatives, and hazardous substances management.
- Support compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice, audit requirements, and internal/external reviews.
- Coordinate and support Mechanical & Electrical (M&E)-related safety matters and organization-wide safety system initiatives.
- Support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities to ensure a safe, functional, and operational environment.Assist in responding to facility-related issues and service requests to minimize operational disruptions.Participate in routine inspections and audits to uphold environmental and facility standards.
- Contribute to improvement initiatives, innovation projects, and operational enhancement activities.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
- Min. Degree in Workplace Safety & Health, Engineering, Facilities Management, Environmental Health, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in workplace safety, facilities operations, healthcare, building management, or a related environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations, ISO 45001 standards, and safety management practices will be an advantage.
- Registed WSH Officer
- Good coordination, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to manage records, reports, and safety documentation effectively.
