About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support the management, maintenance, and enhancement of facilities and infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. This role involves overseeing facility operations, managing improvement projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with operational and regulatory standards..

Key Responsibilities

  • Support facility upgrading, renovation, and infrastructure improvement projects from planning to execution.
  • Assist in preparing project scopes, budgets, timelines, feasibility studies, and procurement documentation.
  • Coordinate tender processes, vendor evaluations, contractor appointments, and project administration activities.
  • Oversee contractors and consultants to ensure project delivery meets timelines, quality, and operational requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve operational and technical issues, and coordinate defect rectification and project handovers.
  • Ensure projects and facilities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure buildings and infrastructure remain safe, functional, and operationally ready.
  • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Manage facility-related issues, inspections, audits, and maintenance activities to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Monitor vendor and contractor performance to ensure service standards, compliance, and operational expectations are achieved.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and vendors to coordinate operational, maintenance, and project-related matters.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, departmental planning, budgeting, team development, and other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer.


Requirements

  • Min. Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years relevant experience in facilities management, building operations, infrastructure projects, or maintenance coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with building systems, maintenance practices, contractor management, and project coordination will be advantageous.
  • Good stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable handling reporting, documentation, budgeting, and operational coordination
