As a Senior Executive, Volunteer Network, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Design and implement strategies to build a sustainable network of volunteers to support population health initiatives.

• Collaborate with community partners to establish and maintain a strong volunteer network for health promotion activities.

• Lead a team in recruiting, managing, and deploying volunteers effectively to appropriate health-related programs and initiatives.

• Create training materials and conduct training sessions to equip volunteers with the necessary skills and knowledge.

• Design and implement new volunteer programs aimed at enhancing health promotion and supporting community care efforts.

• Perform any additional tasks as required to support the success of the volunteer and health promotion initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in volunteer management, preferable within the healthcare sector.

• Excellent planning, project management and organisational capabilities.
