As a Senior Executive, Precinct Planning & Development (Operations), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Track progress of Healthy Precinct projects for the Western Region, translating strategies into actionable implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop elements of the Healthy Precinct framework through close collaboration with respective leads, ensuring successful conceptualization and implementation within the community.
- Lead the development of Healthy Precincts by engaging internal and external stakeholders provide data insights and analysis to support the implementation of Community Health Plans.
- Conceptualize and manage pilot projects alongside internal and community stakeholders to enhance the precinct's health ecosystem.
- Undertake strategic projects that may involve collaboration with other departments or external divisions/agencies, including leading Secretariat work for various workgroups.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in Singapore's healthcare system or integrated care models.
