What You'll Be Doing
The
Senior Executive, Technical, Training & Warranty supports workshop operations by providing technical expertise, conducting training programmes, and ensuring warranty compliance across multiple automotive franchises.
This role works closely with internal teams, dealer networks, and vehicle principals to maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and technical standards.
- Plan and conduct technical, product, and warranty training for technicians, service advisors, and dealer networks.
- Delivering basic soft-skills, product, warranty, and technical training for service advisor/ frontliner staff across internal operations /dealer networks
- Provide second‑level technical diagnostics and troubleshooting support to workshops, resolving complex issues and minimizing downtime.
- Act as a technical liaison to shop floor operations, including conducting or coordinating test drives to validate customer concerns.
- Support daily operations by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including procurement of workshop tools, lubricants, and equipment, and resolving workshop IT‑related matters.
- Manage administrative documentation for technical, training, warranty, and recall submissions to vehicle principals.
- Perform warranty audits to ensure compliance with principal standards, procedures, and claim requirements.
- Support front reception and customer service teams by providing professional technical advice when required.
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or above in Automotive, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role within the automotive industry.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to diagnose and explain issues clearly.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and internal stakeholders to provide professional technical guidance.
