We're seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our People & Culture team as a Senior Executive, Talent Acquisition & Business Partnering. This is a dynamic, generalist role spanning recruitment, HR business partnering, and other people initiatives - perfect for someone passionate about partnering with leaders to understand their needs, and attracting, nurturing, and empowering the talent that will drive our mission forward.
What You Will Be Doing
- Champion the full-cycle recruitment journey to hire diverse talent - from our dedicated fleet operators to our innovative software engineers. You'll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and uphold a high bar for our hiring process, to bring in the right talent for our teams.
- Closely partner department leaders to address business needs and execute practical people strategies. You will help foster a positive work culture, strengthen internal communication, and address employee concerns, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
- Proactively enhance and streamline policies and processes, consistently improving service delivery and operational efficiency within the People & Culture team.
- Lead and support other people-related projects as we continue to grow and evolve.
What Makes You A Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience as a HR Generalist or related field, with strong experience in Recruitment across multiple markets (prior experience in HR Business Partnering a plus)
- Proactive, resourceful and independent
- Ability to think critically and assess issues from multiple perspectives
- Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills that allow you to connect with people at all levels
- Good understanding, and willingness to keep abreast of labour laws, HR trends, and best practices
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, HR Information Systems and other productivity tools
