Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles - from requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, to offer and onboarding.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Utilise various recruitment channels and resources to source and attract qualified candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback.
Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and ensure recruitment data accuracy.
Draft job postings and coordinate employer branding activities.
Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership.
Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
Around 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment within financial operations or similar industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of generating insights and developing actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proven proficiency in both English and Chinese for effective communication with various stakeholders.
