The Role
- Strategically source candidates using advanced search methods and talent intelligence tools using a variety of search methods/job boards to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Lead candidate screening by reviewing resumes and conducting competency-based interviews by reviewing resumes and performing phone screenings/interviews
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to align recruitment strategies with workforce planning to coordinate and conduct interviews when required
- Advise Hiring Managers on selection strategies and talent market insights on selection of candidates
- Oversee reference checks and ensure compliance with internal hiring standards as and when required
- Manage the offer process, negotiate employment terms, and ensure positive candidate experience by extending the offer to shortlisted candidates and briefing shortlisted candidates on the employment terms and conditions
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and support diversity and inclusion goals is done in accordance with Singapore employment laws and regulations.
About You
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Minimum 45 years of progressive recruitment experience in a dynamic, recruitment experience in a fast paced environment (candidate with volume hiring experience is preferred)
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management capabilities
- Proven ability to lead recruitment initiatives independently and collaborate cross-functionally
