Senior Executive, Sustainability (Global HQ)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain simple models to forecast future fuel demand based on fleet scheduling, route optimization, and market trends
• Conduct scenario analysis to inform bunkering strategy and budget planning
• Contribute to ONE's broader ESG disclosure initiatives
• Lead two-way communication and foster collaboration between the Sustainability department and other divisions to contribute to ONE's development as a sustainable company
• Accurately understand sustainability initiatives as company-wide challenges at ONE, including decarbonisation, ESG reporting, and CSR activities
• Handle any ad-hoc projects assigned by manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree and above, in STEM or maritime fields
• 3 years of experience, preferably in the shipping industry
• Proficiency in Excel modelling
• Proficiency in Microsoft office or Google workspace
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively
• Strong interest in Sustainability
